At Sage & Willow, we offer cleaning concentrate products through our subscription service. This Cancellation Policy outlines how you can modify or end your subscription.

Managing Your Subscription

When you enroll in a subscription, you will receive regular deliveries based on the frequency you selected during signup.

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through one of two methods:

To ensure changes take effect before your next scheduled delivery, please submit your request at least three (3) business days prior to your renewal date.

Already Processed Orders

If payment for your subscription order has already been processed at the time of your cancellation request, we will be unable to cancel that specific shipment. Once an order has been processed for fulfillment, it cannot be refunded through cancellation.

Should you wish not to receive or keep a processed order, you will need to follow our standard Return Procedure as outlined in our Return Policy once the item arrives.
