This Return Policy should be read in conjunction with the Sage & Willow Website Terms of Service and our Cancellation Policy.

Returns.

You are entitled to return any products purchased from Sage & Willow for any reason within 30 days of the date we accepted your order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you are not entitled to a refund or exchange (except where a product is faulty). For faulty products, you may return these to us up to 6 months from when the product was first delivered to you.

Except where a product is faulty, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

To ensure your return is processed efficiently, please include a note inside the package with your full name, email address, and order number. Failure to provide this information may result in delays with your refund or exchange.

Shipping Costs

Except where a product is faulty, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning items. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Where a product is faulty, we will refund any reasonable and documented postage costs you incurred in returning the product to us (excluding any costs for packaging). Please retain your shipping receipt as proof of postage costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we'll send you an email notification. This email will inform you whether your return has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 days of our approval notification.

If you haven't received your refund within 7 days after our approval notification, please check with your bank or card company first, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If your card company or bank has not received your refund for processing, please contact us at support@sageandwillow.co and include your order number.

Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange rather than a refund, please specify this clearly in your return note.

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we'll notify you by email. If your exchange request is approved, we'll ship the replacement item to you. Please note that delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

If an item you return is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our fault, we reserve the right to offer only a partial refund or decline the return entirely.
